Finansijski fjučers je sporazumni ugovor između dva učesnika u trgovanju koji obavezuje jednu od strana da po prethodno utvrđenoj cijeni proda finansijsko dobro drugome na ugovoreni dan. U suštini, on je ugovor koji je standardiziran od strane berze.
TL:DR: Ugovor da se finansijsko dobro proda po sadašnjoj cijeni u budućnosti.
